Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or general dissatisfaction.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work:

• Order Issues: If we make a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will gladly replace or exchange the damaged item.
• Proof May Be Required: Photos of damaged or incorrect items may be requested to help us quickly resolve the issue.
